Really poor experience with payment / insurance. My husband was scheduled for a series of tests for pending surgery. We are currently covered by UHC. We knew that UHC will be dropping WellStar from their in network hospitals but had been advised THREE TIMES that this would not happen until end of 2021. When we arrived at the hospital, the admittance specialist told us that would need to pay for everything up front to obtain the necessary tests as they were no longer accepting UHC with the exception of a UHC Medicare plan. I cannot express how frustrating this entire experience has been - this place is looking for any way possible to gouge their clients. My husband was scheduled for a second back surgery - the first took place in Washington State. The same tests at the hospital we used in Washington were about 3 times less expensive than this place. When the admittance person shared the insurance situation with us, we walked out - and won't be coming back.

Hi everyone..I love the cardiologist here. They saved my 18 year old son Jaydin Gill. His heart gave out and God placed his hands on these doctors and they saved my baby. And for that, I am forever grateful. Kennestone CARDIOLOGIST and all that participated his progress at this difficult time, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

Went to the ER for a quick work up and ended up having to be admitted. Unfortunately I did not feel like I was under safe and competent care (regarding the night shift RN solely) After multiple request for education regarding medication administration, dosage and side affects (none were addressed) instead my concerns were dismissed as if she did not hear me. I did not feel empathized with under her care. It was the opposite, I felt disregarded. A medication error even occurred that same night due to disregard on assessment. She also only addressed toileting once in her 12 hour shift. On a positive note the MDs sat at my bedside and checked on me with deep knowledge and compassion. I was one of the lucky ones, but it was very taxing to try to heal physically when nursing the care is massively lacking. It’s important to advocate for yourself and know your rights as a patient.

Very unprofessional staff.
We had appointment at 1 its 4 no one is here to take care.
Please save your time and go to other hospital.
I give them 0.. they have every excuses..
They do not care about people.
