        Staff seems friendly but the company has difficulty responding to emails. Was told they would get back to me on a mailbox repair/replacement quote on February 6 -- I didn't hear back from them at all so I had to initiate my own response on March 23. Tried to schedule service one week ago and still haven't heard back from them.

        Mailbox Makeovers said my mailbox would be installed at 8:00AM on Saturday morning. Solomon was installing the mailbox at 7:50AM! Outstanding customer service-very friendly. This kind of service is very few and far between this day and time. Would highly recommend Mailbox Makeovers!!!! Thank You Again!!!
