From the help in the stone yard to the service at delivery, the process was great! I know very little about stones and boulders. I had a few questions when I was looking at the different options in the stone yard and they were very helpful. I appreciated the follow up reminder about the scheduled delivery, and as promised, the driver called when he was on his way. I dont have big enough equipment to move the largest boulder I ordered, so the driver did me a huge favor and placed it exactly where I needed it.
These examples may all be small details, but it made for a great overall experience was great.
