I hired this company to do a deep clean for a 5+ bedroom home. I should of done better due diligence on what this company defines as a deep clean. I have children and a dog in the house, so I was expecting what constitutes as a deep cleaning by definition online. The cleaning was substandard, at best. The description for the job was a deep cleaning. They did not replace trash bags removed (nor inquire about where our spare bags were), did not clean the bathroom grout, one bathroom floor was not cleaned, did not vacuum/wipe down sofas (crumbs and debris still under the cushions). The cleaning job was satisfactory for a standard cleaning. But I paid for a deep clean. The cleaning crew was polite. Overall, the cleaning job was standard, I just wish I knew beforehand what this company defined as a deep clean. Update (9/19/21): I did not address the issue due to being unavailable. The property is 4200 sq ft. If there needed to be more personnel to complete the deep clean, that could of been discussed. If my family was sitting on the sofas, your crew could have ask if we wanted the sofas cleaned and they would have moved. The fact of the matter is the deep clean I thought I was getting did not happen. I'm not intending to post a bad review, just my experience. Thank you for taking the time to response.
