Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel

Again I wanted to mention the professionalism and cherfulness of the staff. From the front desk to cleaning staff everyone does an amazing job. Also special props to Michelle at the front desk who remained extremely professional and cool while dealing with an unruly occupant. It was something to witness.

Roaches on the north side of the hotel !!! I love BW and use them almost all the time on road trips and #1 thing I search for is cleanliness and safety. When I had to eliminate 2 other nearby hotels exactly for that reason, we chose this location as it had not other prior issues. Unfortunately before going to bed we found a roach by the fridge and 2 more came out later. Immidiately went down to lobby and the nice lady did switch us off to another room and was fine for the rest of night. The next morning we did see a cleaning crew by our old room but those things live on the inside of wall and are probably in adjecent rooms. Hotel has a perfect location but I would not stay again do to that issue.

Mariana was very helpful, patient, and kind when we were checking in and we couldn't remember our rewards account info. She gave us a room that was very easy to get to for my mother, who recently had surgery. We appreciate that very much! The room was clean, except for a spatter of grease or something on the wall art. The door seems to be missing it's seal, since there is a wide gap all the way around that lets in light and outside air. Other than that, it's a decent place to stay.

Ive been living in hotels from Florida to D.C. and this is the best hotel Ive stayed at long term. Miranda is an excellent front desk agent. She takes accountability, is always smiling and if you have any concerns Miranda and all of the front desk people will make it right.
