Cornerstone Healthcare Services

I got a call 7/19 offering me an opportunity for employment. That day, i was at orientation for another job that probably was more promising, but offered $1 less than Cornerstone once I negotiated $18 pay from $16. Once i began working as a recruiter for Cornerstone, i began to notice the operations and marketing was NON EXISTENT! Brochures outdated and website had not been touched since 2018 based on the domain. I began to worry about job security because the number of clients annually had no growth pattern and there was no plan or strategy to recruit or glean MORE CLIENTS in all the states they operate in. It did not seem to be a sense of focus there. But after two clients canceled their services, i was fired 9/07 due to financial cut backs. Ultimately, I should have taken the other job. I was sold on Cornerstone being a GROWING company with opportunities with GROWTH AND ADVANCEMENT. There is definitely no growth or upgrades going on here. Their social algorithms proves that. What company does not keep their website up to date?! I give 3 stars bc the office staff are nice and its a laid back work environment. The company operations needs to be better.

Stay away from this place. Especially CNA Amber. Theyre all crooks but she is the worst I've ever seen. Such a disgusting person.
