After receiving poor customer service from another HVAC company, my neighbor recommended Bartlett and it was absolutely the right call. I had a feeling this experience would go well. When I called and Karen answered who does not work in scheduling but took the opportunity to schedule my appointment anyway. 2 days later Tommy arrived ahead of time which is always a great thing. Again, I knew it would go well when he walked in and spoke to me, my son, and my daughter (the little things). I mentioned to him that I had another company evaluate my system and told him what it was. Instead of relying on that he diagnosed the problem himself and the previous company was dead wrong! The previous company told me I needed nearly $3K in parts and updates just to get my A/C going. He called out several missteps from the prior company and their inaccurate diagnosis. He was not trashing the other company, but call out their exaggerations in a professional manner. Again, another positive sign that he let his work do the talking. Tommy let me look over his shoulder and educated me about my system. The sign of a professional and someone who values the customer's experience. Tommy is a true professional and great person to work with. I hope my system doesn't go down again, but if it does, I'm calling Bartlett and I'm asking for Tommy, but I'm confident all the techs and office personnel like Karen are just as great. I also signed up for the maintenance agreement as well, because when you find a service provider that's great, you stick with it. Well done! Tommy gets 5 STARs and some more if I could. Bartlett did a HVAC replacement in our current house which is working very well! We are also having them do an initial assessment and summer readiness in our new home. Special recognition of "Mitchell" who worked on both systems. He is very knowledgable and skilled in handling a wide range of systems and issues. He has been very kind and patient with handling a wide range of questions. Strongly recommend Bartlett! I really appreciated Jason, my technician today. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He performed the routine checkup and answered my questions- one of them was do I need an additional surge protector on the H&A system ( recommended at some point earlier) if I already have them on the AC and the whole house. I also asked if it were possible to move one of the thermostats a few inches to accommodate furniture, and he took the time to check on that. Thanks so much!
