I just recently went here, my other stylist was outta town so I was desperate and In need of a hair trimming and blowout. First off they don't do black women's hair properly, the shampoo and conditioner OMG IT WAS TRASH! It was like some diluted product and the other stations had a totally different product near the other two wash sinks... If you come here bring your own hair products don't use what they have. It isn't beneficial for your hair in no way shape or form. I got a trim and a blowout w/ a deep conditioner and my hair is absolutely dry and still gets tangled up when I comb it like I never got a trim. The lady knows how to do the basics for a blowout, but the product doesn't match the services rendered. So bring your own SHAMPOO CONDITIONER AND HEAT PROTECTOR SERUM.

I do-not recommend this salon for black women. I went in telling them that i recently took out braids. I wanted a full silk press with a deep conditioner. I was fully aware that it would take time and cost more. It was my first time, it took close to 2 n half hours. I loved the results. The 2nd time i went 3 weeks later, the lady recognized me and stated it would take that long to do my hair this time around. I stated im aware due to I didnt take out braids. It took her under a hour to do my hair with sitting under the dryer. I didnt ask for a deep conditioner the 2nd time but saw her using a new product than before. She stated it was a new conditioner that they just got. Since i left, my hair has been shedding like crazy. If you touch it, it sheds. I read reviews that some of these places will put relaxers in conditioners to avoiding spending longer time on black women hair. They will never see me again.
