Nick Yesbik has a cease and desist order and a fine with the Sate of SC for operating with no contractors license under another company "Core Contracting" He owes us about 15k for a strip mall project we completed. CONTRACTOR AND CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Once he nails everyone for non payment he just starts another company.

I hired this "professional" company to grind my and refinish my concrete floors, sadly there were multiple issues. A three day project took seven days and was never fully completed, my baseboards were never replaced and my closet was never polished.  My property was damage by their careless workers who put a hole in my wall, scraped and splintered my baseboards and cabinet bases all of which has to be replaced, and left splashes of stain on my walls.  When this was all brought to their attention, I was given a "$500 dollar discount" which is not a discount at all.  Why would I pay for materials that never went into my home or unfinished work?  They simply deducted what they did not complete.  It will cost me at least another $500 to have the hole in the wall repaired and my baseboards replaced.  Instead of taking responsibility for the actions of its employees and trying to right the situation this company gave me an, "I'm sorry that happened" followed by nothing but excuses.  The owner threaten a lien on my property and emailed me circled irrelevant pieces of a poorly worded contract, stating, "If I read my contract I would have know that this type of damage would happen and they are not responsible."  Clearly communication is lacking within this company as well it's customer service.If I knew then what I know now I would have absolutely gone with a different company.  My place is in a state of chaos and the repairs will take ten times as long now that all of my possessions are back.  If I can save one person from this horrible stressful experience than I would consider that a small victory.
