Short version: she shrunk 3 $80 shirts (which no longer fit me), charged me for this, and didn't have any remorse at all after I told her what happened. AVOID! Long version: I brought 2 very nice dress shirts made with a stretchy material. I thought given the 5 star reviews, I could trust her judgment. I let her feel the material of my shirts and asked her if she could dry clean them without shrinking or damaging them at all. I said I could iron them myself if not. After feeling the material, she said that washing and then pressing the shirts was best. After I picked up my 2 shirts, I left her one more shirt because I had an important upcoming meeting. 20 minutes later I tried on one of the shirts she had dry cleaned and quickly noticed it had shrunk. I called her and ask her to please not press the 3rd shirt I had just given her (she said she had already put it in the wash). Over the phone, she assured me she wouldn't press it, but when I picked it the following day, I noticed it was pressed anyways. And, of course, it was shrunk too. In sum, she does not understand sensitive fabrics, she doesn't do what she says she'll do, and she won't admit she is wrong after ruining your clothes. AVOID!
