I could NEVER express my gratitude to the ENTIRE staff at Willow dentistry. I started my journey while still in a wheelchair after being hit by a car. From the very first day of my arrival i was treated with so much concern, love, and compassion. Dr. Karr was an amazing soul that I will treasure in my heart forever. Each visit as SOOOON as you walk in the door, the front staff (who are ALLLL extremely beautiful both inside and out) greets you as if they have known you your entire life and their smiles are infectious as the help you through the process before being seen by the orthodontist. Daisja who is a TRUE breath of fresh air is so amazingly attentive to me and addressed every single one of my concerns without ever making me feel as if I was a bother. They went above and beyond the call of service. I could go on and on about my experience... but words could NEVER express the experience that i was blessed to have. All I can say is that I'm going to miss them tremendously and I'm grateful to the creator for placing them along my path while on this beautiful journey.

Worst place to get braces. They told me to get extractions when I did not need it and now I look so much worse aesthetically, especially my side profile. They told me to get extractions because my teeth were flared out very very slightly - so minimal that it was not noticeable. I listened to them and got extraction, wanting my teeth to be at the right angle. Instead of getting straight teeth, they now are bent in. How is having the teeth bent inward any better than having them flaring out?? People will get braces to fix the issues that this place has given me. I was told the entire treatment would take 1 - 1.5 years, but it took them 5 years, yet the extraction spaces still are not closed completely. I was told to wear retainers full time, and whenever I take them out for more than 10 minutes, the teeth shift and the spaces widen. The new orthodontist clearly is not as experienced as the old orthodontist and just wanted to get rid of all the existing patients. I chose Braces Braces because it is a chain and thought the service will be better but clearly I was wrong. Most orthodontists left the chain since I started, so I think the company is going through some issues. Choose wisely, friends.

Because I know and worked with some of the staff, I know the quality of service and care for patients are number 1 priority.
