Lucy was our Parent Coordinator for appox 2 years. It is my experience that she is under equipped for high conflict cases. She was eager to appease my former husband to avoid conflict with him, and when I addressed this concern, it was dismissed out of hand. She was hyper focused on involving my child directly in conflict resolution and even communicated with my child without my knowledge or agreement. She was absent or under communicated when it counted and easily confused by details. She even relocated her practice to Georgia without telling us. I do not recommend her for Parent Coordinator given my experience.

I do not recommend this company. For the past 10 business day, I have been attempting to schedule a consultation; after they came highly recommeded (not my experience). After each call I would recieve a text message stating I would recieve a phone call back at a later time to schedule. This happened once but on my scheduled appontment day and time I recieved no such call. I followed up again with no luck. I take mental health services very seriously, and I have definietly been given the run around for days now. This is bad business practice. I hope anyone seeking their services is warned. I would advise potential clients to seek services else where.

Lucy is such a gifted therapist. Her ability to get to the root of things is really remarkable. Shes so relatable and down-to-earth that you sometimes forget shes actively listening to you in an attempt to meet you where you are and identify whats really happening. Basically Im saying that its like talking to a friend. Great coach with practical instructions to improve any situation.
