Cesar was recommended to us by a former customer and he was almost two hours late to the consultation after he didnt call me back from my original call. He no showed on the date that he stated he would do the work, never returned my texts or emails and when we requested a W9 and COI he text me over a week later saying he has to increase the price since now he has to report his income (shady!). He didnt send the updated invoice until a week and a half later and its double what we originally were quoted. We were never going to use him after our last communication but the audacity to request payment for double what you quoted us originally (which was too high in the first place) after not communicating properly for a month is insane! DO NOT USE, DO NOT RECOMMEND! Service: Stamped concrete services
