Its 2024 there is no way Marietta Power should legally be able to conduct a monopoly on water, power or sewer services. I've had the inconvenience of dealing with them for 16 years. It well over due time for change.

Marietta Power is TRASH!! They overcharge you each month and its ridiculous! I live in a 600 sq feet apartment and pay over $200 month for my power bill. I have friends home who are 3 times my size and bills are never this high. Then, every time I use the drive up window service to pay my bill, the customer service lady NEVER SPEAKS Or ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. All she expects you to do is hand her your card and ID. I wish I wouldve known I had to use Marietta Power before moving to Marietta. I HATE USING THEM! Read the over reviews people! Avoid if possible! I literally have to freeze and turn my heater off just to have my bill under $100. Ive always paid my bill on time so ive never had an issue with my power being cut off after reading some of the other reviews. This is insane and cruel!!! Someone needs to investigate the amount of usage and the prices with these ppl!
