Highly recommend! Dr. Joe and Dr. Kat resolved a stubborn acid reflux issue that I've been dealing with for years. Amazing results and was very happy with care from everyone at their clinic.

What a HUGE disappointment. After following Dr. Joe on the radio for a couple of years, I decided to make an appointment. What a mistake! As another patient stated, I thought I was being cat-phished as well. I have never experienced such an unprofessional medical office in all my life. I had to wait for over an hour, during which time you could hear clinical staff making disparaging remarks about patients and TMI regarding their own personal lives. At one point while I was in the waiting area, they were trying to find Dr Joe and one staff member said he was at Life doing nothing. How about you come back to your office and take care of your patients!!! Initially when I made the appointment I was informed I would meet with Dr. Joe to review my medical history/ issues and then assigned another doctor for any adjustments/care. Instead, I was taken to an examining room and informed I would be meeting with another doctor, then she came back and informed me she was trying to find someone to see me. At that point, I asked for my paperwork and walked out. What a disappointment. The experience portrayed on the radio does not translate to the office.

I was in a car accident last month. 1st car accident ever & 1st time ever going to a Chiropractor. I walked in feeling horrible. I'm not completely finish , but so far I'm feeling much better. Thank to Dr. Pam and Dr. Ryan and the whole office staff. Delivering excellent service. I'm excited to feel the finishing results so I can get back in the gym.
