        Turning in my Verizon Wireless router. Had to wait for a while and then all they did was tell me I had to mail it by FedEx gave me a label, If its their router, why cant they mail it to their location? I had to furnish the box and take it to FedEx added time and expense to me turning in their router that makes me dislike Verizon that much more.

        Racist workers they dont value customers other than white I had gone to switch 4 lines and trade in but I change my mind after their behavior.
