Absolutely, poor service. They are contracted out from Costco. Advertising and billing you as Crystal Springs. Yet you call DS water services. Every month they raise their delivery fees without notice. Additionally, they send out water bottle dispensers that don't fit their 5-gallon water bottles. I notified them of the issue, they never addressed it. Also, they charge for multiple water bottle dispensers rent, although they had picked them up.
