I had a very positive experience with Alair Homes with my home renovation project. They effectively addressed several major issues, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to quality craftsmanship. The fact that they corrected the architect's oversight in the slope of the blueprints without additional costs is commendable, showcasing their dedication to client satisfaction. The adjustment of the foundation to resolve drainage issues and the inclusion of an electrical update to address wiring problems reflect their thorough approach to improving the functionality of my home. They also recommended to vault the ceiling in the master bedroom not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also contributed to better temperature control with the addition of a sizable fan. It's impressive that Alair Homes accommodated my desire for a unique Japanese-style wet room in the bathroom. The incorporation of a 155-gallon ofuro-style tub with a connected heat pump for heating and cooling [cold plunge], a Toto toilet with electrical power, along with a walk-in shower, demonstrates their versatility in translating a vision into a functional and distinctive space. Overall, Alair Homes not only rectified existing issues in my home but also went above and beyond to enhance its overall design and functionality. Alair Homes Marietta is simply an amazing company and they will design and execute exactly what you envision! We worked closely with Dale Contant and Sydney Nunes on our home addition and remodel and we couldn't be more impressed with our entire experience from start to finish. We were blown away by the quality of work and the level of professionalism by Alair's entire team. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted and Sydney was simply wonderful to work with. Sydney was very helpful, honest and was great with communication. Sydney's estimates of work and project management skills are top notch. We were not the least bit surprised when in August 2023 Sydney was named Top 10 Women in the Home Industry for the 2023 Rising Stars of the Home Industry - recognizing the best under 40! She really is the best! As are her "Weekly Reports". The quality of the workmanship by all of the trades Sydney hired was outstanding. It was clear to us how important it was to Alair that we were satisfied and felt at ease during our project. We were amazed when the deadline was met precisely, including inspections, punch list and cleanup! We will happily work with Alair Homes Marietta on any future home renovation projects. We have used Dale and his team for every major project at our home. Dale, Sydney, Jamieall top shelf Professionals. The team never missed a commitment and they are very communicative. At the end of each day there was a summary of any questions and next steps. We never had to do anything more than tell the team what we needed or wanted and they did it. I spoke with a friend who bragged about getting a lower price on his comparable project. Then I smiled and listened as he recounted his headaches while we had none! Im happy and confident with recommending Dale and his excellent team. BTW. The kitchen project Sydney managed won a Contractor of the year Award! UPDATE: We recently completed a second project with Alair Homes Marietta. The kitchen/addition mentioned previously paved the way for our primary bathroom to be renovated. With costs across all areas continuing to rise - we didn't want to go with the lowest cost bid. We understand that you get what you pay for - which is why we chose Alair Homes Marietta a second time. We wanted our project done right and we knew from our kitchen/addition project this would be the case. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Alair Homes Marietta provided exceptional quality work and professional project management. These are the words I would use to describe our experience with a kitchen renovation / 2-story addition. We were looking to upgrade the size and functionality of our kitchen without losing other usable and valuable space in our home. Alair Homes Marietta delivered on this and exceeded our expectations. The 2-story design allowed for the addition of a walk-in closet upstairs and future preparation for upstairs renovations. The Alair Homes process was very upfront and seamless, which allowed for a good experience with a renovation. Renovations are stressful, but our project manager did a fabulous job preparing us and even shielding us from issues that did not require our involvement. This experience added value to the project that we did not expect in a supply and labor strained market. The finished product is amazing and I would definitely recommend Alair Homes Marietta to someone considering a significant renovation project to their home.
