Horrible experience. My wife opened an account and we needed to convert into a joint account. Agents are not trained well so they made us come 3 times to be able to do it as they 1) didn't tell us we needed a passport, then 2) they didn't tell us we had to make an appointment. Very disappointed with the service quality

Please run. I just opened up an account here and they pretty much took my money and have it hostage for like 2days. Apparently if you try to use your account they will think you are fraud? Ive never had this issues in my life. And the lady was very unhelpful. I had to come back up to verify myself and she kept trying to talk to me as if she didnt just mess up my whole account. This has been a horrible experience also during work hours I had to come there. Please avoid.

No drive up ATM Make you come inside to deposit cash ATM inside never accepts bills have to stand there and put the same bill in ten times Depositing money for my husband to pay a bill I have his card his pin his account number demands an id to deposit cash. Ladies at front desk not helpful or understanding and just say sorry nothing we can do. Find a bank with better customer service.

Quick and easy. This branch has a Notary and Notary service here which i utilized as well as getting a money order. Nice employees.
