Beware of depositing cash at this branch ATM!!! I lost around $50 around 9:50 am on Sunday, June 18th 2023 because the machine did not accept my cash and did not return all of it!! Unbelievable and uncalled for!! Get these machines right!!

My husband and I have been going to this branch since 2013. We have had multiple accounts here as a family and Ive even recommended it to a lot of my friends. It was the best bank Ive ever gone to in terms of customer service until a few months ago. Things have changed drastically and seems to be under new management. All of the people we loved who worked there seem to have left and the new people who have taken over are not very nice. We are starting to think we will have to find a new branch. Maybe even a new bank as a whole. I suggest finding a way to get the old management back, this is not how customer service should be.

This is one of the best Customer Service banks that you can be a member of. Stephanie Hawkins is an awesome branch manager and has helped me through many difficult situations. I appreciate Bank OZK because of their value of their customers. They always have time for me despite me being a regular guy! Kudos to Stephanie and team for running a top notch operation and putting customer service as a priority.
