I am delighted with the service I received from the Ed Voyles Honda team! My husband and I purchased our Honda at another dealership, but that service department kept ignoring our requests to fix a factory defect. Jody Voyles was very helpful on the phone and scheduled an appointment to fix the issue right away. Katie Mair at the Service desk was very professional and helpful, and even made sure I had a ride back to the office. And what a surprise when our vehicle was ready by early afternoon instead of end of day! We highly recommend this dealership and will bring all our future business to this location. Todd was amazing. So friendly, thorough, accommodating, and kind. I had a meeting after this appointment and asked if I would be done by 10am. He assured me he could and got me done at 945a! He looked me in the eye, showed genuine caring, shook my hand good grip, and wished me a great day. Sooo professional and knowledgeable. I had stayed away from Ed Voyles Honda for all service due on my vehicle with the exception of emissions and safety checks because of the service failures I'd experienced in the past. Todd is making me consider returning as a routine customer. Give him a raise!!
