He instilled so much confidence in myself when I did not even believe in myself. He took the time to travel to me when we needed to have meetings, allowed me flexibility anytime I needed to chat with him, answered any and all questions I had while being professional and encouraging. Andrew never mislead me - I had full trust in him. He let me make the calls during my case and honored every request I had. He was patient with me when I needed a break to get my thoughts and emotions together - truly a saint. Andrew is so kind, gentle, and easy to get along with.
