Horrible the ac would go out they wouldnt fix it my son has a helmet to wear prescribed by doctor but we couldnt cause we was burning up in the heat & sometimes the electricity would go out and have to keep flipping the switch & theres a gap under the door and gaps on window and we left early before the lease instead of suffering in that heat and now tryna put me in collections for 3k when I bought a ac windows unit the manager sent me a text saying had to remove that so they could fix my ac just wanna see you sweating at that point might aswell just look for a luxury apartment with they prices at this point people

These apartments don't appreciate good and reliable residents they go up on your rent every year at least 200 dollars if not more and now just to pay your rent they added some bogus 40 service fee on top of 6 dollar processing fee I can barley afford the rent and now all of a sudden this extra fee on top of that in the middle of my lease last year they added another change which stated that the homeowners insurance that I pay for had to include the apartment as well in which basically states that In case anything should happen to said property they get halph of what the insurance pays out to you for any damages.I would love for the owner to reply to this message.please do,I would love to hear from you.

I have questions been calling the office since 12pm no answer just an email. I don't like that one bit. what do it say will happen if i move in.
