        Lack of communication from leasing department. Units have multiple damages as far as water leaks mildew ceilings caving in. The maintenance team does a half job. There is no number for the corporate office and the leasing office is always closed. This has been the worst experience living here. I wouldnt recommend this property to my worst enemy. It looks nice on the outside but the inside you are in for a rude awakening.

        I wish I could give this place no stars. It started out decent but since the new management it has turned into trash. Oh and dont forget that your apartment come with roaches, like the whole family of roaches. Maintenance is lazy and they close out request without actually doing the work. Nobody in the office knows anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

        So I've been living on property for a little over 2 years and when I say the maintenance team is AMAZING!!!, I actually put in an order for issues with my electrical outlet on a Sunday and they were at my place on Monday fixing the issue. Kenny K and Truong are the best !!!!! Thanks guys !!!!!

        I applied to live here last montha few days go by and Im getting emails saying I need to make sure I have renters insurance before I move in? After calling multiple times I finally got in touch with someone and they informed me I actually was approved; which was news to me since I didnt receive a call or welcome letter. I asked to receive a copy of the welcome letter so I can sign my lease and never received one. I stopped by the office and spoke to another lady who reassured me Id have the welcome letter no later than 2/24. As I write this 3/15 I still havent received a welcome letter and management seems to be difficult to work with. Ill be withdrawing my application once someone answers the phone and based on the most recent reviews its probably for the best. Dont recommend!!!!
