Wonderful IOP that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to begin a new way of living! I came into the program as one person and left as a completely different person. The staff are one of a kind and made me feel comfortable from day 1!

Pathway is an absolutely wonderful Outpatient Program. The staff and service were always spot on. Having spent time at another IOP prior, I can tell you first hand that Pathway was a step into a new world. They welcomed me with open arms and instantly made me feel as though they truly understood me, which made me feel comfortable opening up. Their tailored treatment to each individual client makes such a difference. From the therapist to the physicians to administration - I always felt understood and at home. I learned many skills at Pathway, which are now a huge part of my recovery. I am able to draw the tools from my toolkit at the appropriate times and I feel it’s propelled me in the program tremendously. I highly recommend Pathway! May it change your life as it has mine.

I discussed that I felt as though Chrissy was outcasting me in their residential program of Pathway at an IOP meeting, asked Michael and Emily not to bring this up, to protect my privacy. They both agreed. Directly went back to my home there at Pathway Residential and was exited for no reason except I was told they were not the right fit for me. Nothing could be explained to me and considering how I was sober, working a fulltime job and online schooling 2 classes? I could only think that my HIPPA rights were violated. I asked for the counselors that led the meeting to call me, still no phone call, but they are charging me $700 which will not get paid. As a matter of fact they have been reported to my insurance company AETNA, who will be conducting and investigation. So please, if your residential at this program? Do not trust that your information will stay in IOP. Take care.
