Be aware they will sell you a product & still charge you annually for upkeep Salt and plumbing. We went two weeks without our water our grass was gone due to a Salt leak now today my water smell funny, so I went outside to see no salt in my filter. They do not come out like they supposed to. I will never use this company again Im so frustrated and furious. I have asked to speak with the manager no call no one was answering my calls. In the beginning I love the system, but this is the worst customer service I Ever dealt with. Im not the first priority, but my money will always be to them. As they continue to take it and not fix my problems.

Beginning with the very fine representative, Mr. Ken Christmas, who was very knowledgable and personable inspired me to invest in their whole house water treatment system! Their awesome installation crew was excellent and showed great expertise. I absolutely love my skin, clothes, beverages, Etc. I LOVE my Clean Water machine! Excellent!!!

The presentation was very informative being that I have been contemplating water treatment. The agent that came was very professional and detailed. This is definitely something that I will be looking into.

Tre was an excellent salesman as well as teacher. I grew up with water softeners, but since owning my own place I have never had one and had always remembered how wonderful they were. This led me to researching companys in the area, as well as looking into installing one myself. After much research and several sales reps I went with liberty pure and couldnt be happier. We purchased a few months ago and literally since day one our water has been significantly better in every way. From taste, cleanliness, and softness in the shower, our liberty pure system is everything I could have wanted. Dont hesitate, its a solid product. Kieffer
