They need to update their website times to match what time they are actually open. Their website says they open up at 11 but I went over at 12 and they are still not open.

This is not in regards to the food nor service. However I placed an order online for pickup and yet when I arrived to pick it up, they were closed! Now I have to wait 3 days before they reopen before I can speak with someone about getting a refund. The posted hours are inaccurate and that's a big inconvenience for customers as I drove 20 minutes for this order that I couldn't receive. Also the number posted on the reciept which I assume is the Fayetteville number isn't in working order. These are horrible practices. I am highly upset and disappointed.

I tried to eat at Dua a few weeks back and the restaurant was closed for faculty training. Well the training must have worked because the service and food was top notch I was very impressed. As always I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and the portions were more than they had been before as well. Overall great experience.
