Five Star Breaktime Solutions - Macon

Multiple machines across multiple CGTC campuses do not work. Will not return money after machine miscounts, card readers hardly work in one building, out of date drinks across most of the machines. I got a drink that was 7 months out of date last week. Multiple calls by me over the last year, and I know of several other people that have called multiple times. Nothing ever changes.

Had to call several times to get them to come by to do our monthly refill of coffee items for our employees. They used to be great. Not sure what happened but we are switching to buying ourselves on Amazon to make sure we dont run out.

Machine constantly gets jammed, comes once a month to refill, and some of the snacks are expired.

I most definitely WOULD NOT recommend anyone getting a contract with this company. Their machines malfunction and customers never get their money. I would take the one star if I could!!!!! Once again...money lost on 9/18/2022
