Great company to hire! My vehicle broke down and I had nowhere to go on Easter. They showed up quickly and towed my car in Macon. They were very compassionate. The entire team was helpful. They all went above and beyond!!

On 26 Mar 2024 about 10:00 AM I called Ackerman for assistance. Needed a tow from Hartley Bridge Rd. to the Honda dealership. On the first ring Ms. Marlene answered and got great service! The driver Mr. Terry (from England, accent and all!) was very polite and professional! The location was very dangerous but he loaded the vehicle with ease and delivered to Walsh Honda within 30 minutes.Ackerman will be the first to get any other call for towing in the future!!

The man that helped me was from England he had a thick accent l thought he was from Australia HE WAS AMAZING!! This man went above and beyond whats expected I cant thank him enough please tell him I left this review I said I would Thank you

This is a horrible company. They brought my vehicle to my home in the midst of them delivering the vehicle they damaged my fence and instead of the owner Glenn taking accountability of my fence being damaged by one of his workers he got very rude with me and instead of trying to fix it he told me I will have to wait until he was ready to fix it to have it fixed. I received a quote from a reputable fence company and he wont pay for them to come do the work their is also a report I filed with geico since I got the tow through geico and they would give me a and geico the runaround its been a year and all the women in his front office do is say they will put a note on his desk. Which I hope reporting this with geico and the BBB will help me remedy this damage I will have to just take legal action next.
