        If the only bad thing about this place was the rat poop all over my stuff, I would not be writing this. The storage unit works how it should but when we got our unit there was someone elses belongings left inside it already and now that we are leaving they are making us move the rat poop covered belongings that are not ours and if we dont move it we get fined. Why is it our responsibility to deal with the belongings that are not ours? Edit: you did not find my name in the system because I shared a unit with a friend

      Cole, Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating and review. We have not had any complaints on rodents at our facility. Our experience is that rodents follow the food. We encourage our customers to keep all food stuff out of their unit to help prevent any occurrences. We also have professional pest control servicing our facility.
