He walked outside to use the phone while my husband and I waited.
After about 5 minutes just standing there waiting to see if the employee would just give it a try, she just stood there looking sad and helpess so we just left.
Very heartbreaking for the girl. We won't be returning here because of poor service and lack of customer care.
