Where do i even start with how amazing Matthew is. I found Matthew on a realty listing site and reached out to him about possible locations for me to move down to Macon/Warner Robins area. He took time to compile a full list of places and their contacts to send over to me. Come to find out, he wasnt the person who would get commissioned for referring me to those places, so he was giving me consultations for free just to help me find a place to stay. On the day I come down to the area to check out the places recommended by Matthew, he checked in with me and made sure that everything was going well. He even helped me find contacts for actual property managers since some properties didnt pick up their phone on that day. He followed up with me several times afterward up to the point I signed my lease with an apartment (I ended up with an apartment that I found myself, so if you question, no Matthew doesnt get commission on this neither) to make sure everything goes well. He even offered to look through my lease for me to help me make sure everything is good in there and that I understand the lease fully. For a guy that goes out of his way to help me find my first place to stay down in middle GA like that just out of the goodness of his heart, I can imagine how great of a professional he is. I would recommend to anyone I know, knowing that they would get more than the help they would ask for to find a perfect place to stay in middle GA. Thanks Matthew!

First off, I dare you to find a more hard-working and thoughtful agent than Matthew Griffin! As a first-time homebuyer, I was already nervous about this process. Then the uncertainty with COVID19 unfolded. If it wasn't for Matthew, I would have stopped my search, waited for who knows how long and ultimately would not have found my perfect first home. Matthew was a steady and knowledgable agent through the uncertainty caused by COVID19. He was so kind and took the time to walk me through each step of buying a home. He always made himself available to answer my many questions and to reassure me when I was nervous.  I was working under a very fixed budget and I was very strict about the area of Atlanta that I wanted to live. My budget and this area did not usually align. Sometimes, it felt like we were looking for a needle in a haystack. But, Matthew searched and searched for the perfect, "move-in ready" place. This time last month, I didn't even know this house existed. Thanks to Matthew and his tireless searches, I was able to view this house and put in an offer the day it came on the market. He kept me updated and well informed on all of the procedures that are involved when buying a home. And, this turned into a multiple offer situation. Matthew was able to give me great advice which led to the sellers selecting my offer. His knowledge of the offer process and his negotiating skills are the reason why I was able to buy this house!  After my offer was selected, it was a very smooth process. Matthew kept me in the loop on what was going on and what I needed to do. This made for a very, stress-free closing, even amidst COVID19. I cannot recommend Matthew enough as an agent!!
