    Terrible customer service they should be ashamed! I ordered almost $300 in bras online and I needed to exchange some items. I browsed around but they didnt have much to offer. I even tried on a sister size and received a bra fit. I already told the associate my bra size which never changed. Its just the exact style of the bras I have at home are way different to what they are selling now. For some reason same style and size is too big in the cups. Im not sure what they have going on. I wear a DDD/F cup. Online had a few more options but limited so that was my last resort. I stepped to the side and looked online to ensure the bras I wanted for the same price was in stock. I only saw a few of the exact same bras in stock online. So I settled on that to make sure my pricing would be able to get adjusted. NOPE! I couldnt even order the bras. There was an older black lady getting trained by what Im assuming is a manager. They refunded the whole order instead of doing the exchange on the same transaction. That was fine I guess so she wouldnt get confused. I made sure the exact bras I was exchanging got scanned last because those were the ones that were priced as they should in the system. When it got to the exchange part she pulled everything up on the iPad then transferred it to the register. She started adjusting the pricing but its wrong! They both failed to properly look at the system as each bra was scanned in because the last 2 bras were priced at $3.33 and the rest were variations of $23. They were supposed to adjust the pricing to that but wanted to overcharge me. Then the black lady training started getting all loud trying to over talk me. She was acting as if I couldnt do simple math. I used my $20 birthday coupon as well as an adjustment that I got from chat support. It properly showed on the order slip, online and in the system because the amount shows on the refund receipt!! If I never got an adjustment then why is it showing on the order history??? She couldnt understand that at all. They were steady looking at the top of the refund receipt marking the wrong items off. I explained multiple times before I started the exchange that I ordered 2 different cup sizes. I had about half 42s and 44s. Exact color way and style! Ill be sure to never shop at this location Ill stick to my online shopping! On top of all this she had the nerve to try offering me a credit card no maam. Youre not getting any type of credit from me. I finally got proper help right where I started online which is way more reliable. Ordered 5 bras for $80. They tried overcharging me $70 for the 3 I was able to pull up online.
