I had a growth on my face, between my eyes, that he surgically removed. He did a wonderful job, and you can barely see a scar now! I had three dermatologists tell me not to remove it, because the scar would be worse than the growth. Highly impressed that Dr. Groves proved them wrong. He even answered my call on a Saturday about swelling and bruising.

Botched: Dr. Groves read another patients medical file and inserted the wrong size implants. Prior to the surgery, I authorized Dr. Groves to implant one of three sizes. I did not authorize him to deviate from the operative plan. During surgery, Dr. Groves reviewed the wrong patients file. He then inserted a size far different from any authorized size. In the operative note he wrote, I felt this was the correct size for her. Six days post-surgery, at my first post-op appointment, Dr. Groves acknowledged he had reviewed a different patients file. His exact words were, I looked at the wrong note. I looked at the wrong sizes. So, it was all on me. Because of his malpractice, I had to recover from one botched surgery knowing I would have to undergo another surgery and painful recovery. I am happy to discuss my experience with anyone considering undergoing a procedure.
