I consider myself a pretty patient man and I don't like giving negative reviews. That being said, this location is struggling.
To place an order online, drive 20 miles, wait 45 minutes at an unmanned counter, and have management paged three times just to be told the photo printer is broken?
I understand things happen and machines break, but how about a phone call? Considering there is a two hour processing time for these orders, I would think Wal-Mart would be able to contact us and let us know our photos won't be ready.
To make matters worse, I went back two days later to pick the photos (I prepaid for the order online) and the counter was unmanned again. It again took three pages for management to respond.
I have no issues with the quality of products, just the customer service.
