Waffle House

Service not very welcoming. The waitress didnt smile. One waitress took my drink order and another took my food order. The waitress that took my food order brings me my drink and the waitress that took my drink order brings me another drink which I didnt mind. After looking at each other confused I tell them its fine to have both drinks as I will drink both of them, I have one drink taken away. This cook must be new and still training. I stated to my waitress that onions are ok on my Texas bacon cheese steak along with the pickles. The bread on my sandwich was not toasted properly in my opinion and I didnt get my pickles served with my sandwich. The cook asked me if my meal looked perfect in which I replied that it did not. She asked me what was wrong with it and I told her that she had forgotten my pickles. She then brings me another plate with like four pickles on it. The cook did not have their area the cleanest. She didnt have her area fully stocked. Overall her grill area was not setup for success. She had to ask my waitress how to prepare the chili. Overall an ok experience, but not the best one Ive ever had.

Breakfast from the Waffle House on Hartley Bridge Road this morning was awesome I had the All-Star Breakfast. The customer service and cooks are awesome This location has a new look, and I like it.
