        Ordered general tso chicken and rice on today July 18th for lunch. When I opened it the color of the sauce looked like watered down gravy and the meat had a sour/ bitter taste. So I took it back and was told (it was from yesterday.) And she kept saying she cant give me my money back from before. But I just ordered it today and brought it right back. They are usually nice but today I had a bad experience. I will not be eating from here anymore. The food was brought back the same day. The girl that took my order said she remembered that I just ordered my food. I did not wait 24 hours to take the food back. It was still hot when I brought it back. This was around 12:30-1:00 July 18 when I purchased order.

      Thank you Ratiya Fennelle for bringing this to our attention.You will no longer visit with us anymore, correct ? Yesterday (7/17) you purchased the meal and today (7/18) you claimed you purchased it for lunch. Perhaps 24 hrs have lapsed and you have exposed your food to many variables. All sales are final and being perishable items it must be reported to staff and management immediately (same day) so we may address with any issue accordingly. Your claim has an issue we are unable to resolve. We will miss you because you will never visit with us again.Best wishes on your fast food dining out adventures.-CW Management

      Tina,BTW… when did you see our food? Not today right, we are Closed on Sundays!Did you even inquire about cooked to order menu that we offer? The “quick fix” table is for those clients that have less than an hour for their meal break. It is a quick fix and great quantity of food for the price. If you prefer, you may order and we will have chef cook for you. All items on the “hot” table is constantly being replenished so they are cooked “fresh.”-CW Management
