So I called and asked if this store had a nebulizer mask and tube set for sale. They said they did and then the lady asked me if I had purchased my nebulizer from them. I informed her that I did not, I already had two nebulizer machines I just needed a new mask and tube set and she said "no sir we do not have one for sale, you have to purchase a nebulizer from us in order for us to sell you the mask set". I then said "is the mask and tube set a specific size that is custom to your nebulizer or is this just your policy?" and she said "this is our policy".. sounds like you just want to make additional sales. This makes absolutely zero sense. If someone's child is in need of a mask and tube/diffuser set and you have one why would you not sell it to the parent regardless if they bought the nebulizer from you or not? Very selfish. The very next call I made I called chi chesters and they said they had the mask and tube/diffuser set in stock for 6.95 for all of them.. so I went there and got it.. I can't see any other reason for this "policy" other than trying to force people to buy a nebulizer from you as well.. 1.) this is placing sales and money over an individuals needs and healthcare 2.) this is selfish. Because of this reason I will not be using Hobbs Home Medical probably for the duration of my time.
