Call me when Im late with a payment, I know when my payment is due. And if you are gong to do a reminder call at least be professional.
One staff member said I look like someone that didnt pay my bills ills and I asked her if she had me confused with someone else. I thought that was inappropriate and unprofessional. If I didnt pay my bills on time, why is my credit score high and why do your company keep sending me checks to cash. ?! Make it make sense.
