Very nice friendly staff and atmosphere. They always help me with my insurance needs Update: so as you can see I originally gave the company 5 stars. But after my insurance agent, Bethanne, didn't tell me my insurance lapsed and I needed to turn in receipts for my claim, I was unaware that I was uninsured for over a year. Thank God nothing happened. Then she quit and Jason took her place. This has been the most horrific experience from an insurance company. I am still uninsured and because they lied and said they paid out 4030.00 to my claim and that i had 2 claims when they only paid 658.00 and i only had 1 claim and I had to pay the remainging almost 10, 000.00 out of pocket to repair my home, it has been hell trying to get insured again. No one wants to insure me for a reasonable price. I paid my insurance in advance for 2 years when I had them until all this happened so it's really frustrating that I am being put through this. Not only would I not recommend them because they are liars but they don't pay out much when you have a catastrophe. They leave you to handle it yourself.
