Home Instead

The pay is very low at this agency. You will have to do many hours to see a decent pay. Will reduce your hours or change schedule without telling you. Pay is not steady for someone with children.

I used Home Instead for caregiving services for my Dad. His caregiver was Kira and she was excellent!!! I would not hesitate to use her again if the need arises!!!

I obtained services from Home Instead for ten days, for in-home care for myself after a bilateral mastectomy surgery. Of the five caregivers assigned to me during that time - Carol, Donna, and Shania - were the absolute best. Carol was the best home health rep I've ever seen, Shania was great - especially taking care of and spending time with my two pups who love attention, and Donna was johnny-on-the-spot for all needs. They were so attentive and caring, and really made me feel like they cared about my welfare. I just can't thank them enough. If I ever need home health services again, I will be calling back for those three wonderful women HANDS DOWN. Tell them that I can't imagine having anyone else take care of me, and I will never forget their kindness and care. They felt like family, and I hated to see my last day occur. Thank you for everything!
