        Very disappointing, will not go back. Had an appointment set up, took time off work. 5hrs before my appointment the stylist, Brittany, cancels. I understand emergencies happen but as a customer I'm expected to give a days notice to cancel?. Nobody ever contacted me back to apologize or reschedule. I lost $$ & still need my hair done. Lol. You still have a business to run. Brittany said she would reach out later & didn't. I have the screen shots as well. Yes, I had no other time because I took time off work, losing my own money. Your emergency is not my concern.

        Only went to the spa side, not the haircut side, and Had a great experience! I highly recommend Kattia, super professional and knows what she's doing! I will be going again.

        As always we had a WONDERFUL time. Lena Thompson is awesome. I've been going to Lena for almost or right at 20 years. I drive right at 2 hrs to get to Macon but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

      Good morning Samantha!I’m so sorry that you’re disappointed. While we are professional stylists, we are mothers FIRST.If your 2 year was involved in an accident and was in the emergency room, we would completely understand your cancellation.Brittany reached out to you directly at 9:50am and made you aware of the situation with her child and asked you when would be good for you to reschedule. She asked you if you had any other time this week that would work for you and you responded no I don’t. I can provide you with a screenshot of the conversation if you’d like. You were definitely contacted. At the end of the day, hair isn’t more important that our children. I wish you the best of luck in finding a new salon. Edit - if you read through all of our correspondence, I’m sure you can figure out why we will not be reaching back out to you. We wish you the best.
