        FitCo is a fantastic gym for anyone in the area especially if you reside around the south Macon or Byron area. It's open 24 hours a day clean, safe, and the staff is very friendly. FitCo also has personal training classes each month such as Zumba and other classes for those interested. FitCo maintains updated equipment. I would recommend bringing your own water there isn't any free water on the gym floor.

        The general manager riley was very nice and great! The gym was super clean and a lot of equipment to chose from. I will be coming here from now on!
