Professionalism and caring are the words that best describe Suttles generally. From Ms. Julie Suttles and Mr, Todd Suttles who patiently helped us pick out the carpet and flooring to Derrell Washburn, Sr. and Derrell Washburn, Jr who sanded, stained, and put in a new banister to Morgan Spires and Shawn Fender who put in the flooring and carpet on our second floor. The quality of the work was excellent. Thus, my husband Barry and I recommend Suttles Flooring without reservation and with the knowledge that the work will be out standing.

I had Suttles Flooring refinished my hardwood floors to match my hardwood floors in the family room and they came out beautifully and very professional. Just recently they installed new hardwood floors in my bedroom and master closet and were able to find the same wood that was in my family room and we were very pleased with the job they had done. I had a wonderful experience with Suttles. I felt like they wanted my floors to look good as much as I did, and they took their time and made it happen. I had received lower quotes, but for only one coat of sealer, and I didn't get anywhere near the feeling of care and attention to detail from those other places. The finished product is spectacular.

Wonderful experience working with the Suttles team on carpeting for a den. Julie was great to work with and their installer, Shawn, did a phenomenal job. It's great supporting a locally-owned family business, and I can't wait to do a few more projects with them!
