The owner was speedy in responding to my request for an estimate. He was able to get me a reasonable quote beforehand. They've got an automated sound system to track the jobs and pay online. The whole process was easier than with other electricians I've dealt with. Matt, the electrician, came out the next day and got everything done quickly and efficiently: he changed a bunch of light dimmers/switches and a faulty outlet and light fixture.
