Just made a visit to this store . Ask to use the restroom after getting off the interstate. I ask an employee Charlene to use the restroom she very very rudely told me NO we have NO public bathrooms!!! I happen to hear a district manager introduce herself (Charlotte) to the other employee when I firsts walked in. I ask to speak with her and of course NO surprise shes too busy. Ive been in these store all over the country and have never been blatantly refused access to the bathroom. Im there shopping and spending money and refusing a bathroom break is crazy!! Clean your act up at this location You receive a failing grade from me .. beside the store was clutter and not very well put together!! Train your employees better than you are !!! I realize findings good help is hard but seriously!! I wish I could have done a rating with a ZERO!!
