I visited on 3/23/24 Only one person in the store. She was the hostess cashier and the cook. The line was out the door It was ridiculous. Customer offered to help here. She did the Best she could. It took me 20 mins to get served

It's always clean and smells wonderful unless you are a non pot smoker like my husband customers that go into the store should think of others before rolling up in there with pot people can't handle that stuff my husband gets high from just being around it

LOVE that you offer a vegan option. Thank You. As someone who cant digest dairy, its hard to find a good chocolate chip cookie. Staff was very pleasant and services was quick. Place was packed and individual working did a great job. Cookies are amazing!!! Def coming back.

I called because I ordered 12 minis online through their website and the delivery driver had picked them up and went around the corner and didn't move at all afterwards. I called the store and a young girl answered the phone very rudely and lied and said to the guy that was there I wanted a full refund and the cookies. I clearly stated I will come get the cookies and get a refund for the delivery fee and tip back. I was told 3 weeks ago I will be receiving a refund for My full order and yet still no refund. After being CURSED out by the employee a guy finally got on the phone and supposedly submitted me a refund that i have yet to receive. I have called the store and all . I left my name and information and yet still no one has contacted me back. HORRIBLE AND GHETTO EXPERIENCE. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSONMIA COOKIES ON MERCER UNIVERSITY DRIVE IN MACON GA.

The only young woman working was very nice and doing her best to handle lots of customers. We were there around 7 pm. I ordered 1 chocolate chip cookie and 1 white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. At $3 each, I expected a large cookie. They were only about 1.5". They were BARELY above room temperature and they weren't good. I ended up throwing them away. Y'all you can buy a whole pack of Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie dough for $4 and they are so much better.
