I have been in pain for the past three weeks since Dr. Walker filled a tooth that wasn't damaged and unnecessarily damaged it. For the past three years, I have been using this office for cleanings without any issues. In terms of my teeth, I had no problems. A phone call informed me that Dr. Walker thought one of my teeth needed filling after looking at my X-rays. They didn't tell me which tooth it was. I wasn't shown the X-ray either. Since my teeth appeared and felt fine, I thought Dr. Walker would examine it and say that nothing needed to be done. The day of the appointment, I was seated in the chair, and Dr. Walker rushed in since he was working on another patient next door. My mouth was injected with anesthetic and he said he would return later. A while later, he returned and asked his assistant for the number of the tooth that he was planning to work on. I don't know why I allowed them to do this to me without knowing what was happening. The damage had already been done before I even knew which tooth he had worked on. I have been suffering from pain since a few hours after the procedure when the anesthetic wore off. That day, I left a voicemail at their office. After asking me a few questions, the front desk lady told me I needed a root canal and she is referring me to a dentist who can perform the procedure. It was unbelievable what I was hearing. Before Dr. Walker touched my teeth, there was nothing wrong with them. Since the filling covers the broken part between my teeth, I can't even floss. After insisting on making another appointment with Dr. Walker, he referred me to the same dentist (Dr. Lee) for root canal. Currently, I am moving to a dentist who can do dental work, root canals, and other procedures other than unnecessary damaging teeth.
