They have a very pushy very rude employee there. Other than that the other employees are professional. Buttttt they need a better system or more employees so they can handle each customer with care without the long waits and going out of turn of who arrived first. Under staffed.
So 4 stars due to short-staff and the rude employee.

Let me tell you, if you hate your phone service, your phone anything about your wireless service.... This place can more than likely fix it. The staff was super helpful and got me taken care of.

i really enjoyed visiting this store. I switched from verizon to t_mobile I have excellent customer service from the manager and workers . I really want to shout out to Brian Britney Alex and Candis for helping me. I was having a hard time and they all just made my day better. Customer service means a lot to me. They really took care of me.
