Rude service and dirty car rentals. I rented hete twice and both times I had a bad experience. Ill drive extra miles to avoid this place

We have rented from this location over 10 times (its the only location within 50miles) and each time there has been an issue! I was explicitly told that we could return our rental keys to the Dropbox. I followed and was charged over $200. Another time we prepaid for a vehicle to take our daughter to college. This location called us 2 hours before pick up saying they dont have our vehicle. They refused to help us located an alternative option. We ended up driving to ATL, and when we returned the car they attempted to charge us a drop fee. This current rental was not even put in the system! When we had an issue with the vehicle and attempted to exchange at another location it appeared as if we stole the vehicle! The vehicle needs an oil change and tire pressure lights are on. 1800 say we have to wait 3 days for it to input before we can exchange. NO COMPENSATION.. 3 days of our trip wasted! They never answer the phone and are extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend using this location.
